Our service falls under three headings. In every file the scope is defined in writing at the outset.
Based on the details of the shipment, we inform the client about the records that may be requested in the transit permit application and about the process to be followed.
We review the documents sent by the client for completeness and file integrity, and assemble the completed records into an application file.
We submit the completed file to the competent authorities and pass on any document requests arising during the assessment.
Cakmaklar Consulting's service is limited to informing on the transit permit application, reviewing documents, submitting the file to the competent authorities and following up the application. Flight clearance, customs clearance, bonded warehousing, ground handling, carriage, transfer, cargo handling, storage and flight operations fall outside the scope of our service.
